Sehabis eksekusi ke tubuh, tiduran dan dilarang bergerak. Tp krn keterbatasan cygest 400mg, apotik kusuma cm siap 14 cygest u/ seminggu, sedangkan 46 biji diambil seminggu lg. Total cygest u/ 1bln=60
